Smoky quartz reacts to the body the same way smoke would to an environment. By this, I mean smoky quartz cleans and purifies the body, somewhat like a metaphysical saging. It’s also been used to help with different forms of fatigue, bringing in some energy and light to those that feel exhausted mentally and physically.
Like black tourmaline, this stone would be classified as a grounding stone, allowing us to feel more in tune and down to earth.
